On Thursday, October 9, 2014, the Aurora Sentinel endorsed Steve O’Dorisio, candidate for Adams County Commissioner, district 4.  In its endorsement, the editors stated:

“Adams County deputy DA Steve O’Dorisio is the clear choice for the District 4 county commission seat. A lifelong resident and community activist, his tenure as a county prosecutor, experience on the Adams County Planning Commission and his community involvement make him an ideal candidate to move Adams County away from its murky past. As Denver continues to try and renege on past Denver International Airport commitments, his depth of county and legal experience will be vital…”

O’Dorisio said he was honored to receive this recognition.  “I have worked hard to reach out to the folks in Aurora,” said O’Dorisio.  “I have met some outstanding people in the neighborhoods in Aurora, such as those in the Northwest Aurora Neighborhood Organization (NANO).”

“Aurora is important to Adams County,” said O’Dorisio.  “I hope we can strengthen the relationship between the county and Aurora leaders.”
